We may modify or discontinue portions of our Services at any time. Pricing changes will be communicated in advance when applicable.
Uptime, Security, and Privacy
Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. While we take uptime and security seriously, uninterrupted service is not guaranteed.

Content Ownership
You retain ownership of content you provide. You grant Blue Peak Web Design LLC a limited license to use that content for the purpose of delivering Services.
All website code, layouts, and design systems created by Blue Peak Web Design LLC remain our intellectual property unless full ownership transfer is explicitly agreed in writing.
You may not copy, resell, or reuse design elements, code, or materials without written permission.
Features and Bugs
We design our Services with care, but we do not guarantee that Services will meet every expectation or be completely error-free.
We address issues based on priority and severity, especially those related to security or site functionality.
